We love having the chance to run shoulders with runners. And we love giving things away. Now we have the chance to do both at the same time!
We have been invited to be part of the ProDirect stand at the Virgin Money London Marathon expo, starting on Wednesday 22 April and running until Saturday 25 April.
There are around 38,000 people who will be running the London Marathon on Sunday 26 April and they all come to the expo to collect their numbers. Add to that friends, family and curious runners and the Excel centre in London will be buzzing with so many runners.
For our give away, we have re-published some of our favourite stories from the first four editions of the magazine, plus we have added two unique pieces:
- An exclusive interview with Dick Beardsley and Inge Simonsen, the joint winners of the inaugural London marathon on 29 March 1981.
- A look into the life and times of RunDemCrew founder and leader, Charlie Dark, focusing on what London and the London marathon means to him and his crew of runners
We hope to see as many readers of the magazine as possible and also meet people who do not yet know what LtW is.
