Mimi is an Ultra runner, multiple world record holder and mother. Having taken up running at the age of 36 she very quickly discovered that it was the Ultra distances that she excelled at. Running has given Mimi the confidence and ability to believe in herself and she is now a formidable competitor with a strong mind that translates to a strong and healthy body.
She has run across Deserts in the Sahara, Libya, Chile, Kalahari and Namibia, run over mountains in Colorado, Alps and the Himalayas, she braved the Jungles of Peru and set a new female record in one of the hottest places on earth.
