Yes, we ship worldwide.
Shipping prices vary depending on our despatch partners’ current best rates and will be calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping address.
We endeavour to dispatch the products to you as soon as possible after you place your order. Shipping speeds vary based on your location. We ship from our distribution centres in the UK and the US to ensure the best possible delivery times for our readers worldwide. Standard orders are processed within 2 business days, and you will be notified once it's completed.
Orders within the UK are sent via 1st Class mail (untracked), while orders shipped from our US distribution centre include tracking as standard. All other international orders are sent using standard, non-tracked services. If you would like your international order to be sent with tracked shipping, please contact us before placing your order.
Yes, we can ship to any shipping address you prefer with a gift message. We require that you include your personal billing details and billing address.
Returns & Refund Policy
Like the Wind Magazine accepts returns of undamaged items for exchange or refunding up to 2 weeks after receipt. Before returning an item, please contact us. In the case of any errors or omissions on the website, Like the Wind Magazine reserve the right to refund your order prior to the goods being despatched.
Please contact us to request a refund. Refunds are always issued to the original payment method used at checkout. For credit card, debit card, or gift card purchases, refunds are processed within 24–48 hours of us confirming the refund. Please note that while we initiate the refund promptly, it may take 3–6 business days for the amount to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card provider.
If you paid via PayPal, your refund will be sent back to the same PayPal account within 24–48 hours. In most cases, PayPal refunds are immediate, though on occasion PayPal may hold a transaction for review in line with their policies.
If you are unsatisfied with your order or have received the wrong product, we’ll be happy to help you find the right one. To request an exchange, please contact us at shop@likethewindmagazine.com within 14 days of receiving your original order. Our team will guide you through the process and ensure you get the product you were hoping for.
Yearly subscriptions to Like the Wind magazine can be cancelled anytime by contacting us at shop@likethewindmagazine.com, via your account > subscriptions, or directly with your payment provider (Paypal or your bank). Cancelling will prevent the subscription from auto-renewing at the end of its current period. If you choose to cancel partway through your subscription term and do not wish to receive the remaining magazines, please contact us and we will issue a pro-rated refund for any undelivered issues.
